Joe Biden on Friday was joined by his Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo while he delivered remarks on his administration’s efforts to increase the semiconductor supply.
Biden made a series of bizarre statements and went off script many times during his remarks.
After mumbling for ten minutes, Joe Biden leaned forward and did his signature creepy whisper thing… again.
He just can’t help himself.
Biden then told reporters he won’t be taking any questions because they’ll “ask him about Russia.”
