28-year old Air Force Veteran Alan Fischer III, also known as AJ Fischer, was arrested in Florida last month and denied bond in the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater.
He was charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding an officer, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and civil disorder, among other offenses, Insider reported.
Fischer’s mother reached out to The Gateway Pundit to share his letter to discuss what happened on January 6.

I per this statement as a prisoner held without bond in the Pinellas County Jail, located in Clearwater, FL.
I, am a honorably discharged and decorated the United States Air Force veteran, have coordinated and supervised missions inclusive of transporting President Obama via Marine One and multiple US Secret Service and SEAL TEAM SIX MOVEMENTS – both here in the US and around the world.
While I cannot comment at the time about any details of my ongoing case as a J6 defendant on the advice of counsel, I do wish to take this opportunity to shed light on the police brutality I witnessed at the hands of the capitol police on January 6, 2021, where I was in attendance of a peaceful assembly in Washington DC. To both have my voice heard and help ensure the safety of fellow more vulnerable protesters; which included crowds of mothers and grandmothers and children. This brutality included the use of both lethal and non-lethal force against a patriotic flag-waving crowd.
Within the first moments of the protest, we found ourselves under the salt of a barrage of flash-bang grenades, rubber bullets, chemical weapons, and other potentially deadly or dangerous projectiles – via what was assumed to be the hands of the Capital Police.
This peaceful attempt to exercise First Amendment rights quickly transformed into what resembled war zones I’ve seen as a combat veteran.
Had a service member such as myself used such force against an innocent group of civilians in any other part of the world, they would have been duly court-martialed and prosecuted for violations of the Geneva convention.
I wish to continue bearing witness to events on that fateful day including violent beatings and the witnessing of multiple murders, including one man pushed off a wall to his death(?) and a female victim whose body I saw beaten until lifeless; both by what appeared to be Capitol Police officers.
I stood alongside a fellow lawful protestor when a rubber bullet penetrated and became lodged in his cheek – rendering him incapacitated and suffering significant blood loss. As a trained DOD combat Casualty care instructor, I instinctively began to triage this unprovoked assault victim along with the help of a Capitol Police officer who directed me to seek further medical assistance for safe relocation of this injured protestor. Unfortunately, this would not be the only injured protestor who would require my assistance that day.
Let me state for the record that I was there on January 6th in attendance of this peaceful protest to not only have my voice heard, but to ensure the safety of and prevent injury to fellow peaceful protesters by nefarious actors such as the violent communist terror group Antifa, who prey on, assault, and murder law-abiding citizens for attempting to exercise their God-given rights to freedom of speech and assembly.
The violence I witnessed this day has been largely ignored by the mainstream media and federal government investigators, who selectively frame events of that day as an “Insurrection” for inherent political gain, rather than the unwarranted tragedy it was. Everything alleged in this statement can be confirmed without questions by countless hours of video evidence in possession of the aforementioned government prosecutors and federal investigators.
I, along with hundreds of protesters from that day are currently the victims of both a weaponize federal justice system and corresponding biased media coverage.
As non-convicted political prisoners, we are being denied basic constitutional rights, such as detention without bond, unnecessary delays in court hearings, secure access to legal counsel, and protection from cruel and unusual inhumane punishment.
It is my goal to have my voice assist in the serving of justice for patriots from J6 – in addition to helping guarantee the constitutional right to peaceful assembly in the future.
