Wisconsin Speaker Robin Vos Pulls a Fast One – Sticks “Early Cheating” Legislation in Last Minute Legislation — SENATE VOTE ON MONDAY

by February 26, 2022
written by February 26, 2022

Who is Robin Vos?  What are his real motives?

The people of Wisconsin were sand-bagged again!

The Gateway Pundit reported on Thursday that we were tipped off that Speaker Vos and Senator Bernier were pushing legislation that gives a head start to the election cheating.  The legislation will allow election workers to start counting absentee ballots on the Monday before the election.  There is no reason why this legislation needs to be passed.  But it does make it easier for cheating.

The bill, allows ballot envelopes to be opened on Monday before the election and tabulation of the ballots on Tuesday giving a head start for cheating!

Here is the language from the earlier numbered Senate Bill 214.

This bill authorizes the municipal board of absentee ballot canvassers in such a municipality to begin canvassing absentee ballots on the day before an election, subject to the following requirements:

1. The board must convene its meeting no earlier than 7 a.m. on the day before the election nor later than 10 p.m. on election day. The meeting must continue until all absentee ballots have been counted, except that, if the meeting convenes on the day before the election, the meeting must adjourn no later than 10 p.m. that day and must reconvene no earlier than 7 a.m. on election day.

2. At least daily while ballots are being canvassed, the municipal clerk or his or her designee must post, at his or her office and on the Internet at a site announced by the clerk before canvassing begins, and must make available to any person upon request, a statement that shows the number of absentee ballots that the board has canvassed and the number of absentee ballots remaining to be canvassed.

Speaker Vos reportedly added the legislation to SB 941 instead of allowing it to pass through committee.
Robin Vos bypassed the Republican-led Elections Committee in order to pass this legislation next week.  Democrat Governor Evers has already signaled he will sign the bill.  Of course he will.

Attaching the language to a bill that’s already had a hearing is just a way for Speaker Vos to circumvent the legislative process, and keep it from Rep. Brandtjen’s election committee.

Because SB941 has already had a hearing, this allows the legislation to circumvent the legislative process.

We then heard earlier on Friday that the legislation was not included in Senate Bill 941.

We thought this was good news until we found out later today that the new early counting rules were instead included in SB 946.

They snuck the legislation on Senate Bill 946 and it is heading to the Wisconsin Senate for a vote on Monday.

The AP reported on Friday:

The bills passed on Thursday would:

— Prohibit anyone other than the voter, an immediate family member or a legal guardian from returning an absentee ballot.

— Bar election clerks from filling in any missing information on a voter’s absentee ballot envelope….

— …Allow election clerks to begin counting absentee ballots on the day before an election. That measure needs Senate approval before it can go to Evers.

If Vos and company succeed in pushing it through the Senate then, Governor Evers will just line out the favorable parts of the bill and keep the early ballot counting… viola an extra 24 hours to cheat!!

(Fraudsters have to know how many phantom voters to pull off the inactive lists after all!)

Sneaky, sneaky… will they ram the Senate vote through on Monday  or in a week on Monday March 7?  Either way, everyone needs to contact WI State Senators.
