White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Joe Biden gets frustrated when his passions aren’t being heard and digested.
Americans just aren’t smart enough to see how brilliant Joe Biden is and how wonderful his policies are for the country.
“There are limitations that have been imposed upon him…[that] have not allowed people to see, at all times, what his magic is,” Psaki said to NBC News White House Correspondent Kelly O’Donnell on Wednesday.

Joe Biden made similar comments to DC elitists at the Portland Yacht Club fundraiser on Thursday.
Biden said Democrats have done such a great job that it’s just hard for people to understand how well things are going.
“What I’m worried about now is that we’ve done one hell of a job, but the fact is things have moved so rapidly, so profoundly, it’s hard for people to understand…let me just give you a few statistics…” Biden said to a group of out-of-touch elitists.
