Arizona AG Brnovich Responds to Maricopa Letter Pointing Out Its Flaws But Still Does Nothing

written by May 7, 2022

Arizona’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich responded to Maricopa County’s disgusting response to this initial report related to the 2020 Election but then does nothing.

One month ago, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich released his interim report on the 2020 Election.  He had held onto this response for months and finally responded to the issues identified and provided to him from the Arizona Senate as a result of their review.

In his response, Brnovich said that his office is still receiving new information and that Maricopa County has still not fully complied with document requests.

Brnovich’s report revealed that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody,” and signature verification standards were greatly decreased in the 2020 election. The Attorney General concluded that “Maricopa County failed to follow the EPM procedures when transporting 20% of the early ballots from dropbox locations to MCTEC.”

The Attorney General also found that 381 out of 1,895 Early Voting Ballot Transport Statements were missing required information such as ballot counts, audit signatures, courrier signatures, election department receiver signals, and documentation of security seals.

This is inconsistent with the Verity Vote investigation findings, which used public records requests for all ballot box retrieval and chain of custody forms utilized in Maricopa County during the 2020 General Election. This investigation found that Maricopa County failed to record the number of ballots on 1,514 out of 1,895 unique EVBTS and failed to record signatures on 48 of these documents.

BREAKING: Arizona Attorney General Releases Maricopa County 2020 Election Interim Report – Individuals To Be Prosecuted For Election Fraud

Of course, there was much more not mentioned by Brnovich.  Dr. Shiva for example identified 200,000 ballot signature issues per his expert analysis in 2021.  There clearly is enough evidence to decertify the Arizona election from 2020 where Biden was given the win by 10,000 ballots, but Brnovich won’t even suggest this should be done.

On Wednesday, Maricopa County held a meeting and provided a response to Brnovich’s report.  Their report was nasty.  Brnovich responded to this report yesterday.

The Arizona Sun Times reported on Brnovich’s response.

He said in a letter to supporters, “[T]he Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and County Recorder continue to throw stones at Attorney General Brnovich instead of working to address the serious issues identified in the interim report.” Jen Wright, head of his Elections Integrity Unit, who has lengthy experience investigating voter fraud for the Arizona Republican Party, sent a response back to their attorney with “serious concerns.”

Brnovich also released a video response, calling the county officials out for attacking him over the findings instead of addressing them. He asked why they ignored his finding that “up to 200,000 ballots did not have the proper chain of custody.” Second, “[A]s far as ballot signature authentication, you know, whether it took six seconds, eight seconds, or 10 seconds, why doesn’t the Board of Supervisors tell us exactly what they did, how long it took, and whether they believe it was an adequate amount of time?”

Brnovich pointed out that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, on whose letterhead the county officials’ wrote their response, previously criticized the County over election integrity. Richer was able to defeat the Democratic incumbent County Recorder Adrian Fontes in part by attacking him on election integrity.

It looks like currently, the Senate in Arizona is not going to decertify the 2020 Election despite ample evidence and a duty to do so.  The Attorney General is not going to do anything despite being given ample evidence of election fraud.  The County will never release key information asked for because no one is going to punish them for not providing it.

The same story is rewritten across the country every day – crimes are committed – criminals go free – Democrats are never held accountable for serious crimes including stealing elections.   This is not what our forefathers wanted.
