Joe Biden on Thursday met with Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Beit HaNassi, Jerusalem.
President Isaac Herzog awarded Joe Biden with the Presidential Medal of Honor.
“The Presidential Medal of Honor is awarded to individuals who have made an extraordinary contribution to the State of Israel or to humanity through their talents, their service, or in any other way.” AP reported.
Joe Biden struggled through his remarks and many of his ‘jokes’ fell flat.
At one point Joe Biden said, “It’s hard to say these words, for over 50 years, I can’t be that long.”

After receiving the Presidential Medal of Honor, Joe Biden turned around and shook hands with a ghost.
President Isaac Herzog assisted feeble Joe and helped him walk over to a chair.
