As I have said repeatedly, any assertion claim or even implication that I was aware of, involved in or condoned any illegal activity at the US Capitol on January 6 or anywhere else at any other time is categorically false.
As I have also stated, I did not attend the President’s rally on the Ellipse, did not march to the US Capitol and was not at the Capitol. To the extent that I had contact with members of the Oathkeepers, it was in connection with security for my appearance in a speech at a legally permitted event on January 5.
Speaking to a rally on January 5th I exercised my constitutional right to free speech as others exercised their rights to free assembly. Every American has a constitutional right to question the fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election results.
Despite the best efforts of the fake news media and corrupt Democrats to claim otherwise “Stop the Steal” was a legitimate and entirely legal effort to delay the certification of the electoral college for 10 days so that the irregularities and anomalies in the vote in various swing states could be examined. At no time did anyone that I know or was involved with advocate the violation of law or violence to achieve this goal. Any claim that these activities are treasonous or seditious is false.
The Washington Post seeks ignores that Hillary Clinton sought the delay of the certification of the 2016 presidential election by the Electoral College and that her campaign manager John Podesta demanded to make a presentation to the Electoral College charging Trump with nonexistent Russian collusion in that election. Strangely the Washington Post did not consider this either seditious or treasonous.
Nonetheless, the witchhunt continues. Yesterday a member of the Oathkeeper’s by the name of William Wilson was charged with sedition. I do not know and have never had any contact with Mr. Wilson. Wilson claims that he heard Oathkeepers head Stewart Rhodes speak to some presidential advisor on a speakerphone. MSNBC and CNN both publicly speculated that I was this advisor, while providing no evidence to prove this smear. I am not the ” Presidential Advisor” described and I have never spoken to Stewart Rhodes on that day or any other day.
I have decided to share with The Gateway Pundit the Inquiry sent to my attorney Grant Smith from the chief legal propagandist at CNN. I have annotated her email with my responses.

1 I understand there is a Signal chat between Oath Keepers including Stewart Rhodes and rally speakers including Alex Jones, Ali Alexander, Roger Stone and others regarding the protection they would be receiving from the Oath Keepers in Washington, DC.
That chat for “VIPs” has now become part of the prosecutors’ evidence in the seditious conspiracy case against Rhodes and others.
Would you be able to provide a comment about Stone’s appearance in this chat with Rhodes?
Can you confirm he himself was texting with Rhodes? (FALSE)

2 I have heard that Roger was the recipient of the phone call from Stewart Rhodes after 5 pm on January 6, where Rhodes asked to speak with Donald Trump. This call was described in court documents yesterday as part of Todd Wilson‘s plea deal. Would you have a comment on this?

3 Taking the temperature of where Stone stands currently in this investigation — Have prosecutors reached out to speak with him about this, or has he considered speaking with them (we’re aware of Alex Jones and Ali Alexander’s announcements they’re willing to help the investigation)?
