A ‘Special Agent’ with the National Archives is approaching and harassing 2020 Trump electors in Michigan today on behalf of the January 6th Committee. One elector has been served a subpoena by the FBI for the January 6th committee, an anti-Trump witch hunt that continues harassing Trump supporters.
This is likely in response to the claims by Democrats that Trump electors committed ‘fraud’ in 2020 when they submitted an alternative slate of electors after the rampant uninvestigated fraud in the 2020 Presidential election. This allegation about ‘fraudulent electors’ has been repeated enough times on Twitter and in the media that many overlook the claim by the Trump electors that they were merely proposing an alternative slate so that authorities would have the ability to look into the systemic voter fraud allegations that were never investigated.
The Agent contacting and threatening 2020 Trump electors is David Stupar, whose business card is above. National Archives Agent Stupar is a glorified librarian without any meaningful legal authority.
Even though the mainstream media continues to prefer to call allegations and evidence of fraud in the 2020 election as ‘the big lie’ the persecution and prosecution of those who attempted to stand up and challenge the official election narrative continues. Unable to convince over half of Americans who know there was voter fraud in 2020, the government has resorted to one of its favored tactics to silence dissent: persecution.
Reports are that one elector has already been served with a subpoena today by the National Archives ‘Special Agent’ and two FBI Agents from Flint who are accompanying him. The elector served, Kathy Berden, has not responded to a request for comment. Elector Amy Facchinello was also served.
Alternative slates of electors have been generated in the past, most recently in 2000 during the Bush v. Gore election where competing slates of electors were similarly proposed as the parties were litigating the election results.
The key issue that the media conveniently ignores is that the Constitution mandates that proposed electors meet and are certified at a specific date and time at the state Capitol. Even if an investigation later revealed systemic voter fraud and called the results into question, without properly certified electors at the right location at the right time, there would be no way to preserve the ability to cast votes reflecting the actual legal votes.
Instead of properly investigating alleged 2020 election fraud, the allegations were ignored, courts refused to hold hearings to consider any evidence, and the media ‘debunked’ claims without any investigation.
According to those close to the electors, the key distinction that the electors were being sent to accompany and not replace the Biden electors is being ignored by the media and their left-wing allies in prosecutorial power. The electors that were being sent were not replacing Biden’s, they were being sent alongside in case they were needed, according to the pro-Trump electors. Radical leftist Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has already said she might prosecute the Trump electors.
A request for comment sent to Attorney Ian Northon, who advised the Trump electors in the 2020 election dispute, went unanswered.

Disgraced former Chair of the Michigan Republican Party, Laura Cox, who single-handedly decided to do nothing as it related to election integrity before the 2020 election, testified to the January 6th Committee that Trump electors were planning to ‘hide’ inside the Michigan State Capitol overnight.
Cox’s husband, former Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox, reportedly has many financial dealings and connections with corrupt left-wing Democrat Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan.
One elector referred to Laura Cox as “the biggest dumbass” to make it seem like a conspiracy and make herself not look like she participated. Cox had invited the electors into her office and was involved with much of the planning and never voiced any objection to the planning. Laura Cox used Troy Hudson to call every elector to show up to Cox’s office at 2pm and sign paperwork as the Republican National Elector on behalf of Chair Cox. Cox claimed she was sick and let her staffers run the meeting. Hudson oversaw the operation along with Tony Zammit. Hudson is now working for moderate Michigan Governor candidate Kevin Rinke. Tony Zammit now works for NeverTrump organization Americans for Prosperity: Michigan.
Cox now tries to distance herself from these facts by throwing the pro-Trump electors under the bus, calling their plans ‘insane’ that she coordinated and participated in.
It was even Cox’s printer that printed the paperwork for the alternative electors on December 14th, 2020. Despite what Cox is saying, there was never any conversation about sleeping in the Capitol according to people who were present.
The January 6th witch-hunt is using idle gossip, rumor, to prosecute the actual pro-Trump officials and give a pass to NeverTrump RINO’s like Laura Cox.
One person with intimate knowledge of these events said: “The committee seems like a bad game of ‘Clue’ where they’re trying to justify opening the final packet and saying it was Meshawn Maddock with a candlestick filled with alternative elector paperwork in the Capitol.”
The alternative pro-Trump electors even made their intent clear on December 14th in a Facebook post that they were not seeking to replace Biden electors, but were sending Trump ones alongside in case there was a controversy or dispute about the election results:
The insider continued, explaining Cox’s motives: “This seems like a strategy to bankrupt the Michigan Republican Party ahead of the 2022 elections where Democrats know they are going to lose and lose big. Laura Cox went out of her way to hurt the party financially and legally on her bitter way out, and now she’s enabling lawfare and litigation to cripple the party ahead of the November elections. Whenever Republicans are about to win big, there’s always a Cox nearby to make sure Republicans lose.”
