Joe Biden is not well.
Biden on Friday delivered remarks at Augusta Victoria Hospital, East Jerusalem.
As expected, Joe Biden made some gaffes and at one point he had a coughing fit.
“My background and the background of my family is Irish American and we have a long history not fundamentally unlike the Palestinian people, with Great Britain and their attitude toward Irish Catholics over the years for 400 years,” said Biden while he was in East Jerusalem.
Great job, Joe.

Joe Biden took a sip of water then told the audience that he swallowed his own saliva wrong.
